Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
However, we will consider replacement or refund requests only in the following cases:
Damaged product
Wrong item delivered
Missing items
Quality issues
An unboxing video (clear and uninterrupted) is mandatory for all return or refund requests.
Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
